ArxTech remains actively involved in the research and development of security technologies to ensure our solutions align with current standards and respond to emerging needs. This ongoing innovation allows us to design and deliver high-performance security products, both hardware and software, that meet the specific requirements of our clients and the environments in which they operate.

We design and develop a range of security products, including both wired and wireless alarm intrusion detection systems, a variety of accessories, and advanced telemetry solutions for controlling and monitoring electrical devices. The software platforms that power and manage these products are also developed in-house, incorporating intelligent analytics and monitoring capabilities within CCTV and access control platforms, supporting integrated and effective security management.

All products are manufactured at our factory located in Centurion. As one of the few South African manufacturers in the sector, ArxTech maintains full control over quality and compliance, with production closely aligned to in-house development and evolving client needs. The facility is certified by both ICASA and the SABS, ensuring consistently high manufacturing standards.

ArxTech Central Intelligence Platform (ACIP)

The ACIP is ArxTech’s proprietary remote monitoring control room, built on software developed entirely in-house and engineered for the realities of the South African security environment. Going far beyond traditional CCTV or alarm monitoring, the platform oversees power supply stability, communication reliability, room temperature, and the operational health of electronic security systems at client sites. Proactive diagnostics detect system degradation before it becomes a problem, while built-in operator accountability ensures consistent, attentive monitoring around the clock. With advanced failover and redundancy systems, the ACIP operates without interruption through power outages and network failures, giving clients continuous visibility and rapid response when it matters most.

Intelligence and Investigations

Combining intelligence gathering with scientific investigation methods, our investigation service aids in solving criminal cases and detecting fraud. We analyse evidence, conduct specialised investigations, and apply scientific techniques to legal matters and dispute resolution. We also train SAPS personnel and court officials on crime pattern recognition, helping law enforcement better understand and respond to criminal activities.

Installation and Commissioning

Our national team of qualified, experienced technical installers operates under the guidance of a Technical Director and maintains a presence across all major areas of South Africa. This wide coverage allows us to deliver efficient installations, maintenance, and repairs. All technicians receive training at our factory in Centurion from a senior technician with extensive product knowledge and installation expertise.

Maintenance and Support

Consistent care and oversight are essential for maintaining the reliability and longevity of security systems. Our long-term maintenance contracts combine on-site technical support with remote alarm system health monitoring.

Through scheduled service calls and timely repairs, we help prevent issues before they affect performance. Regular system health checks assess hardware, software, and overall system integrity, highlighting potential risks and allowing for early intervention.
